YARN ALONG....BARK

It is not so much for its beauty that
the forest makes a claim upon men's
hearts, as for that subtle something,
that quality of air that emanation from
old trees, that so wonderfully changes
and renews a weary spirit.

~Robert Louis Stevenson

I am coming along quite
nicely on my Bark Tank,
[this, only in wool]
which I just realized needs
a project page.

The back is complete and
I love the little opens spaces.
I just read this, so there
may be a chance I will
be 'in fashion' for once ;)

I am still savoring
The Yarn Whisperer,
words that touch the
fiber lover in me.

and all the Yarn Alongers.

  19. You are so zen in the Mother Nature around you. I love it. That up close shot of the bark caught my eye immediately. I find trees to be magical at times. If only they could talk, the things they've witnessed.
