Each friend represents a world in us,
a world possibly not born until they
arrive.
~Anäis Nin
Twenty nine years ago today
I became a mother for the
first time. In celebration of
my daughter's birthday I
thought it would be nice to
have a giveaway to celebrate
not only her birth, but that of
the friendships I have made
the world over. Celebrations
are always so much nicer if
you can share them with
friends, don't you think?
Each of you has enriched
my life, inspired me, and
made my days brighter,
happier and fuller than I
ever thought possible and
I thought it was way overdue
to offer something in return.
It's just a little something in
comparison to the friendships
I have made here, but please
know that I love you all.
I am giving away a ceramic tea
carafe that I picked up on
my trip to World Market,
a jar of tea honey from the
Savannah Bee Company,
and five - one cup servings
of Harney & Sons Chocolate Black Tea
in a little love envelop I made.
If you would like a chance to
win, just leave a comment.
I will leave the giveaway
open for one week and
announce a randomly
picked winner next Monday.
xx
Update: This giveaway is opened
to everyone, no matter where you
live in the world! :)
I believe it best to always say Happy Birthing Day to the mama of a babe with a birthday. I am so with you, and feel that the friendships formed here and in other places of kind words and lovely prose/pictures is so valuable. Happy week ahead. xoxo
