GROUNDHOG DAY

Winter is the time for comfort,
 for good food and warmth,
for the touch of a friendly
hand and for a talk beside
the fire: it is the time for home.

~Edith Sitwell

He say's there are six weeks
more of winter....
I'm still wanting for
it to arrive!

Happy Groundhog Day!

  4. Not surprising I suppose, as we haven't seen winter yet! The girls and I were trying to figure out how I would know when to pick them up from an event across town yesterday when it occurred to me that they could walk. It was beautiful! They quickly agreed...

  12. We are still waiting for winter up here in Canada too! We have had snow and a few colds, but nothing like we usually get. I would like a few cold days to cozy up, drink tea and knit :) Here's hoping.
