THIS WEEK IN MY KITCHEN BLOG HOP

"Let things taste of
what they are.”

Capturing my love of whole foods, combined with the activity of a bustling kitchen.
A weekly collection of photos from the center of my home.

Light and fresh has been the norm
in my kitchen this week. Temperatures
in the 90's make it hard for me to
spend a lot of time cooking in the
kitchen.

:: Lots of iced water with lemon.

:: 15 bean and kale soup from the
   freezer

:: Orzo salad

:: Quinoa patties

:: Apples for snacking

:: Cherry tomatoes from the garden

::Baked okra

:: Popsicle molds waiting for lemonade

:: Sautéed yellow squash and zucchini

::  Fresh produce

:: sourdough bread

:: Just washed eggs

:: The first cantaloupe of the season

  1. Tracey, I loved your week in the kitchen. Your pictures make my mouth water! Thank you for sharing the link for the Quiona patties. I am going to pin that to my pinterest board for future reference! And the 15 bean and kale soup sounds yummy, as well. I love Okra, but have not tried baking it. Do you have a recipe you follow for that?

    I hope you have a wonderful day!
