WEEKENDING

Nature does not hurry,
yet everything is accomplished.

~Lao Tzu

weekending, my favorite part of the week. a time to relax, live, love, just to be. if you'd like to share your weekend either with words, photographs, or both, leave a link to a weekend post in the commentsJoining with Amanda for her weekending post

It was a wonderful holiday
with way too much food,
lots of laughter and lots
of love.
I haven't cooked for days
because there were leftovers-
the best part of Thanksgiving
I think. Now I'm browsing
recipes as leftovers will only
last so long.
Trying not to hyperventilate
with Advent starting TODAY
and I had a missing planner!
I tore the house apart
and finally found it. I know
I did Not put it there!
Knowing in my heart that
I will accomplish what really
needs to be done and if it
doesn't happen, then it's
going to be alright. The
advent wreath is ready
and the Christmas cards
are bought and waiting
to be signed. I have a hot cup
of tea, new Christmas pages
to load in my planner and
the rest of the afternoon to
plan and dream.
How is your weekend
going?
xx

  1. Ah - glad you had a good holiday - leftovers are the best - at Christmas we usually just have roast dinners for a few days until we make soup with the bones. It's the only time of the year we eat turkey.
I have a parcel all wrapped up ready to post when they open on Tuesday. xx
