Our fig tree is still quite small, but your photos give me hope. These are lovely! Until the tree is tall enough, though, the deer get most of the fruit.
Oh goodness, what beautiful figs. Were they deer you think? Maybe raccoons? And the salad looks scrumptous :).
Tracey,Yum!! Those looks so good...I wish I was there with you sharing that salad...Blessings,~~Renee
Yummy figs! I had to show Chase because he decided to invest in a fig tree this year. Now he can see what to look forward to in the future.
Who is getting them??? Yum!
Oh yum! That salad looks delicious. When we lived on Maui and had a fig tree in our yard I used to make this snack...http://aisforakari.blogspot.com/2009/09/fig-and-parmesan-quesadilla.htmlNow I'm hungry for some fresh figs! The Mynah birds used to eat ours; I wonder what's eating yours...squirrels?
What nibbled on them? Glad not all were lost.

I must admit that I have never eaten a fig. Perhaps it's time?
Figs are the taste of summer. To have your own fig tree must be heaven :)
Gosh those figs are beautiful! I'd love to make a quilt with the color pallet.
I am so glad they left you some! Very considerate! The salad looks delicious. Yum!
Pesky animals. Glad you got some. I've just left a comment on another blog where all the passionfruits were eaten by a cockatoo.
Someone is noshin' on your figs! Who can blame them, eh? Lovely pics. Xo
