Your hat colors are so rich and true. I'm knitting a hat, too. I haven't heard of that book. I hope you'll review it! Happy Yarn Along. We have snow this morning. Brrrrrrrrrrr.
ReplyDeletewhat a super surprise this time of year...what IS that yellow flower?? Love the jewel colored hats!! Is this your pattern???
ReplyDeleteHi Step.
DeleteIt's a Cassia Tree, although mine is still more like Cassia sticks at the moment, it's two years old and I thought it was dead, but then this is what I saw, surprise!
Love your pictures as always and the hats colors are so fall. Love it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat plant! That yarn has to be incredibly satisfying to knit up so quickly!
ReplyDeleteThe photos of the yellow flowers made me smile. It will be a long time until we see such bright colors around here! And of course, I love the colors of your hats. There must be a "hat thing" going on around here!
ReplyDeleteLovely, happy colors! I love big needles and big yarn. It makes me feel like I"m accomplishing something! What kind of plant is that? It's such a pretty yellow.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers and I love the way they match your yellow yarn. We have golden calendula blooming here somehow still, such a warm fall just now turning cold.
ReplyDeleteI love the jewel tones...out and about for an adventure. Bliss!
ReplyDeletethat yellow looks so bright and happy today! yarn and flowers! Its dreary here so its nice on my eyes :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I need to start my hats...they are typically done by now, but I don't even have the first one cast on yet!
ReplyDeleteSeriously coveting those beanies!!! Love that trio of yarn colors. The yellow of those flowers is lovely.
ReplyDeleteLove those colors! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great pattern! I love knitting hats, they are so quick and satisfying.
ReplyDeleteI love the needles shot and the morning dew on the petal and all of the pics really. Lovely knitted projects too!
ReplyDeleteBeen a long time since I knit with big needles like that. I bet those hats are just flying off the needles. :-)
ReplyDeleteThe yellow yarn looks exactly like the clover! Very pretty. I've not knitted a hat before but I'd like to try. Thank you for sharing with us!
ReplyDeleteYour fingers must be fairly flying with those needles! You go girl! I love the chunky yarn!

ReplyDeletePretty gold flowers and yarn...
ReplyDelete~Have a lovely day!
look at you with the super chunky, that is sort of cheating if you as me :) Lovely bright colors and lovely flowers!!
ReplyDeleteOooo, I like those hats! They look like a super fun, quick knit. Blossoms in the fall--is that unusual or just right for a cassia tree?
ReplyDeleteSuch pretty jewel tones! I've been switching back and forth between knitting with aran and worsted weights and my fingering weight projects...it feels good to make such quick progress by comparison, isn't it? Looking forward to hearing what you think of the 13th Gift...sounds like an uplifting read :)
ReplyDeleteLovely!
