you will find beauty everywhere.
~Vincent Van Gogh
A weekend of...
good music,
dancing around
the house as I work,
knitting...always,
reading,cooking,
and long, long
walks noticing
beauty everywhere.
What about you,
have you noticed
the beauty around
you?

ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos Tracey. Love that quote :)
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures, Tracey. I love the image of you dancing as you do the daily chores. Joyful! Have a wonderful week.
ReplyDeleteYes yes yes! I saw lots of birds this weekend and following some deer tracks. Fantastic quote to a visually beautiful weekend of yours.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, as always! Yes, beauty is everywhere!
ReplyDeleteYour photos Tracey - gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteWell then that was a good weekend! I love your photos. Just beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHi Tracey! I am visiting from Deb's blog.
ReplyDeleteGreat quote, and beautiful photo's. What a lovely post!
I woke today to the sun rising behind my backyard neighbor's trees. The light was red and it looked like Moses' Burning Bush. What an amazing sight. Loved it! But I should be more observant to the small things too. Thank you for that insight.
Great to meet you today!

Beautiful photos! (I like the way you see things, Tracey.)
ReplyDeleteI saw lots of deer on my drive to upstate New York, and beautiful frozen "waterfall" sculptures clinging to the sides of rock faces.,
I noticed buds on tree a few days ago, not quite as open as yours, wondering what the hard freeze & ice did to them. Plus we're supposed to get 4-6" of snow (I KNOW, RIGHT?) tonight, hoping these trees and plants can pull through this unusual winter :)
ReplyDeleteI have noticed that! Those photos are so so beautiful x
ReplyDeleteah, yes…to beauty everywhere…wonderful bits you've collected here!
ReplyDeletebeautiful.
ReplyDelete(and yes!
I live it and love it.)
I've noticed a woodpecker too with it's little red hat on recently, kites, sparrow hawks and robins. No mushrooms, but everything is springing back to life after their winter sleep and spring is definitely in the air.
ReplyDeletewheeeee! that red mushroom!!! (didn't you knit one similar??? or did I just dream that?)
ReplyDeleteTracey, such beautiful photos. It's white as far as the eye can see... blinding white. These are hunker down days for us. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you are safe from the ice! It sounds like it has been a doozy down there!

Your photos are full of beauty, thanks for sharing your finds!
ReplyDeleteI have seen much beauty in the blanket of white we've gotten yesterday, and it gladly is still around for a few more hours.
I'm off to take a walk before it gets dark, I love walking through crunchy snow!
Your images are filled with such beauty- lovely nature you have around you Tracey. What a great shot of the woodpecker.
