MANUAL

You don't take a photograph,
you make it.

~Ansel Adams
Camera: Nikon D3100

Lens: 18-55 mm

ISO: 100

Aperture: F/8

Shutter Speed: 1/160

Exposure: -0-

Taken about 11:00 a.m.
The sun was behind me and
to the right.
It was a hazy, sunny morning.
I was as close to the parsley
plant as I could get and still
be in focus so I could capture
the water droplets.
I did it all on manual with no
help from auto...
I'm learning!

  1. It's lovely! I'm so glad that you are braving manual mode. My husband and I share a love of photography. We used to wander his tiny town at night taking pictures in the mist. (:
