    That looks yummy - I keep meaning to pick some hibiscus flowers out of the garden and dry them - do you just air dry your teas?

    Yesterday I had a kind of Japanese green tea that I've never tried before. It has a mellow peachy flavour and is called "Chun Mee' that literally translated means 'precious eyebrow'!

    I'm going into the garden to pick some lemon balm now to brew a pot and may experiment with baking too...

    Love love love tea! But, I haven't really made my own besides chamomile or mint tea :-) I am hoping to get a lot more into tea making for medicinal purposes over the next several months!

    I had my oldest help me fill a gallon jar nearly full with my tea mix. He had a great time measuring out all the herbs. Because it's in a huge jar I just measure out a rough amount into my french press every morning - every day it tastes a little different. I love it. (:

    Love that first quote about teas & the picture. Tell me, Tracey, do you have a plethora of quote books? I don't know how you discover all these wonderful quotes. So how many teas did you sample? Just because or for a specific purpose?

    Just got one of my wisdom teeth pulled and aching for a steamy cup o' tea but not allowed any hot stuff :(. Would love to hear about some of these different teas you've been making and sampling!
