  6. Littles imitating real life. Love the perspective on this, but I am guessing the play would be much more fun than the real work to be done!

Here is my moment to share, my littlest practicing his moves...

  7. Big toys versus small toys - small toys win for cuteness :)

btw, in your yarn along photo, is that rosemary blooming? i've always wanted to put rosemary blossoms on cake frosting, but i have rosemary in pots and it never blooms. maybe it's too cold here? do you have an idea?

    1. Sylvia,
It is a rosemary that I planted about 15 years ago. It has grown to almost 7 feet! I am not sure why it blooms like it does, but it is planted near pine trees so I think it likes the acidic soil. My Mother-in law has one in her yard, but it doesn't bloom like mine. You can buy inexpensive soil testers to check the ph of your soil. I do know that herbs like lots and lots of sun. I hope that helps a little.

    2. Not sure if this will help, but we have rosemary outside in pots during the summer. When we bring them in for the winter, after about a week they are covered with blooms. Thought it might be the sudden change in 'climate'.

  24. Great juxtaposition, although, I have to admit it makes my heart beat a little bit faster to see anything child-related next to big ol' farm equipment. :)
