start in going down a
barren, stony street, to
see upon a narrow strip
of grass, just within the
iron fence, the radiant
dandelion, shining in the
grass, like a spark dropped
from the sky."
~ Henry Ward Beecher
I hope everyone discovers their spark
today and has a Thursday radiating with
beauty.xx
How beautiful to see when today is such a dreary day here.
ReplyDeleteSo cheerful! Have a beautiful day :)

Only Tracey (and Henry Ward Beecher) can turn the humble dandelion into an elegant spark!

So lovely! Thanks Tracey!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Natures little miracles are everywhere!
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful day.xxx
Thank you, Tracey. What a beautiful way to start my day. I love that photo, the vivid yellow is so uplifting.
ReplyDeleteI still can't leave a comment through my google account. Stacy from golden bird. I am having this problem on some blogs while others seem to work fine. Very strange.
Thanks for the beautiful quote and photo. :) Needing a little lift today....
ReplyDeleteI absolutly love dandelions. They just make me smile. And they also never fail to remind me that the most ordinary of things can also be the most beautiful:)
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
i did! i had a wonderful day! thank you for the lovely wish tracey, and thank you for your thoughtfulness. :)
ReplyDeleteSpark dropped from the sky...very nice imagery. I like dandelions and don't know why they get such a 'bad rap'. You can make dandelion fritters, wine, eat the leaves, use them in your science lesson, dye with them...
ReplyDeleteYour photography makes this lowly bloom appear as a treasured beauty.
