Summer is [ending]
School [plans] are being finalized
One more book to be ordered [Oh, the excitement of waiting until the last moment]
[Enjoying] our last week of unscheduled days
endless [play]
and the [decadence] of a freshly baked cupcake.
Oh, so very [lucky].

Lavender Cupcakes

Add  1 1/2 to 2 Tablespoons of lavender to your favorite white cake mix. Fill cupcake papers 2/3 full and bake as directed. Cool.

Frost with :

Honey Buttercream Frosting

1 cup unsalted butter
1/3 cup plus 2 Tablespoons honey
4 to 5 cups powdered sugar
milk or cream to thin

Mix well and pipe on top of cooled cupcakes.
