The power of love to change bodies is
legendary, built into folklore, common
sense, and everyday experience. Love
moves the flesh, it pushes matter
around....
Throughout history, "tender loving care"
has uniformly been
recognized as a
valuable element in healing.
~Larry Dossey
My weekend began on Friday with
a doctor's appointment, an appoinment
I had been dreading, but turned out
to be wonderful. I still have to wait on
some labs, but it looks like everything
is going to be fine! I am so happy and
can't stop smiling.
I want to thank My Mike for taking such
good care of me, tracking down the coconut
water I like to drink, running cool baths,
keeping my medicines straight, holding
me when I cried, keeping me sane
through all of this, I love you and am
so blessed to have you as my soul mate.
And thank you too for all your love,
support and friendship as I traveled this
path, the world is nicer knowing you
are in it and it helped make the days
and nights a little less scary.
There was a trip to my local Goodwill and
finding some cute summer dresses.
Having a pedicure and walking around
with purple toes. So fun.
I finished my book and as predicted cried
my eyes out. Now I am reading this.
I have been swatching for a KAL I
signed up for. I can not tell you how
much I adore this yarn, oh my!
Today I am making yogurt, a staple in my
diet. I enjoy it with a drizzle of honey.
Do you make yogurt?
The boys are coming over for a fish fry and
I promised brownies so they are baking now
and making me hungry.
I hope you are having a great weekend,
and are looking forward to a great week.
