Every sign you notice, every word you hear
spoken, every color, every scent, every sound,
every event and situation is the Universe
speaking to you, and you are the only one
who knows their relevance to you, and what
the communication is saying. Use your eyes
to see! Use your ears to listen! Use all of your
senses, because you are receiving cosmic
communication through them all.
~Creative Novella
Have you had a good week?
Have you taken the time to
pause, to pay attention and
notice the moments that
make up your days, your
week, your life?
Have you smelled
pretty flowers and
marveled at the color?
Watched the darkness
fade away to light?
Listened to the birds
talk?
Walked barefoot in
the soft, green clover?
Watched clouds dance
across the sky and felt
the wind on your face?
Found a ladybug
trying to get comfortable?
Realized just how cool
your cat's eyes really are?
Spent time watching
ants moving about
their day?
Enjoyed time with a
loved one, if only for
a few hours?
Told your 'people'
you love them?
Been awed by the moon?
Fallen asleep listening to
the insects chirp as a cool
breeze blows in an open
window?
almost twenty year old
rosemary plant flowers
often and feeds the bees?
Looked a bee right
in the eye?
Noticed the fuzzy down
on the back of a bubble bee?
Spied fungi that
needs help to exist?
Wondered at the
age of a tree?
will soon be a mess, but
this year you are prepared?
Have you fed your
creative side?
Your body?
Listened to quiet
and prayed?
It has been a good week
in my world, a good life,
how about you?
Much love,
Tracey
XO

ReplyDeleteIt has been a very hard week here, but it seems like things are working them selves out- so I am hoping the weekend will be glorious!
Thanks for the walk through your week, your world, Tracey. So much beauty surrounds us if we will only take the time to observe it. :) The moon has been quite lovely the past two nights; we have enjoyed watching it rise over our foothills! I'm envious of your 20 year old rosemary! I had one that I'd planted when we moved here, but it died last winter and had to be replaced. Happy weekending, Lisa :)
